About the role
CT Connections Business Managers are not your average sales people. They are brand ambassadors who are lateral thinkers, love buidling relationships with our “soon-to-be” clients and are always looking to create opportunities to present the CT Connections value proposition of service excellence, cost management and genuine value with the ultimate objective of acquiring new business.
We expect our Business Managers to be able to identify relevant stakeholders and decision makers within the prospective client’s organisation. They deliver tailored solutions according to the client’s objectives.
Our Business Managers our trusted advisors. They develop multi-level relationships with not only our clients but with our suppliers as well, to ensure our customers are getting the very best travel program outcomes. They are experts in technology solutions, payment solutions, industry developments and other ancillary services that create a value add for our clients.
The role reports into our National Sales Manager, is based in our North Sydney office and will work closely with other areas of our business to ensure we’re breaking down organisational silos.

You’re an expert communicator and influencer, confident in building lasting, multi-level relationships. You challenge the status quo and always look for areas of improvement and opportunity to convert potential clients into trading clients.
You are hungry to achieve sales targets and KPIs. You are motivated and have the ability to set strategic ways of achieving and exceeding goals.
You understand that cold calling is a dream when you are proud of the company you work for and you belive in its value proposition.
You have sound knowledge of procurement trends, Total Cost of Ownership decision making and ability to demonstrate Return on Investment on our products and services.
You will have at least 3 years business development experience, preferably in travel or travel related industries.
You have a high prociciency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
You enjoy an attractive remuneration and individual bonus package.
You will have a right to work in Australia.
