Skills and Experience
I am looking for a calm experienced chef who can work harmoniously within a small brigade. Ideally have work in a quality brasserie/bistro or high end cafe style operation.
Definitely looking for a chef with several years post apprenticeship experience who is committed to developing menus whilst delivering great yet simple style food.
About the job
Averaging around 45 to 50 hours a week – day work only. Working within a small brigade you will work across all sections within the kitchen.
