About the Job
As CDP you will be responsible for managing your own section within the kitchen whilst assisting junior chefs within the brigade. You will be confident in managing your area along with adhering to detailed hygiene practices.
Skills and Experience
You will possess proven experience within a fast paced bistro or quality cafe. Must have been responsible for junior chefs mentoring whilst possess the ability to manage food costs and wastage.
We are looking for a passionate chef who can bring their skills to the table whilst delivering a high end product within a fast paced environment.
