This is a great opportunity for an experienced Client Relations Agent to join a highly regarded travel business. The objective for this role is to assist in increasing & retaining the customer base and building customer loyalty. If you truly believe in providing exceptional customer service then read on.
In this role you will manage client relations queries from post travel clientele. All queries come through via email so there won’t be anyone jumping up and down in front of you. Plus all responses are returned via email as well.
Desired skills for this role includes:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Previous experience formally managing complaints
- The ability to liaise with suppliers / product departments to resolve customer issues
- Good problem solving skills with a desire to achieve WIN / WIN results
Additional language skills are also a bonus but not essential.
