In this role you will manage client relations queries from post travel clientele. All queries come through via email so there won’t be anyone jumping up and down in front of you. Plus all responses are returned via email as well.
Desired skills for this role includes:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Previous experience formally managing complaints
- The ability to liaise with suppliers / product departments to resolve customer issues
- Good problem solving skills with a desire to achieve WIN / WIN results
