Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and distribute workload for the team
- Management and review of workflow, identifying areas to improve on
- Team management including recruitment, inductions and reviews
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Conducting weekly meetings and reporting
- Problem resolution
- Client relations
Extensive operational management experience is required for this role. GDS experience is also required.
