We have an exciting opportunity for a data driven, analytical Database Administration Assistant to join our Online & Business Services Team.
Reporting to the Systems Owner and based in Mascot (Sydney), you will work in a busy professional environment, contributing to a team focussed on driving efficiencies and maximising the QBT experience for our customers.
Your focus in this position is to provide maintenance of information within the databases of the QBT business, in particular the creation and maintenance of traveller and company information. The role is integral to ensuring data remains consistent and up to date across various databases used by QBT to deliver products and services to its customers.
In this position, you will stand out by demonstrating great attention to detail, experience working with database systems, sound customer relationship experience and knowledge of travel systems.
