Event types will include but are not limited to: conferences, meetings & product launches.
This role will require 1 – 2 years experience in a number of areas including:
- Event program logistics – full service including flights, accommodation, venue management, marketing, event timelines and program design
- Client relationship management
- Superior communication skills. Written and verbal
- High level attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particular
- Experience with account reconciliation
- EventsPro or EventsAir preferred however another CRM is still advantageous
Of course this position will require the flexibility to travel at times and being heavily logistics focused, your ability to multi-task will be a key deciding factor.
