About the role
As Executive Chef you will be responsible for the overall management of all catering for this high profile venue based just out of the CBD. You will take complete ownership of the food offerings and lead your extensive brigade by example.
You will need to be confident in delivering various styles of cuisine from fine dinning through to a retail food operation.
This is definitely a huge position and you will need to be a highly experienced Executive Chef to be considered for this position.
Skills and Experience
An experienced Executive Chef with experience managing multiple outlets within a large operation. Be a superior mentor for your team whilst having the ability to conduct menu tasting with corporate clientele.
You will require exceptional communication and and be a calming influence for your large kitchen brigade.
