Our client is a well-established, stable and reputable Inbound Travel Agency located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. They boast a high staff retention and due to expansion are looking for the next team member who will contribute to the group.
This role is located in the FIT department. You will be working as part of a team dealing with overseas travel agents mostly from USA, Canada and South America but also UK and Europe. Experience in dealing with high-end inbound to Australia market will be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for the handling of bookings from beginning to end and growing the business as you offer an exceptional service to the agents and their clients.
You need excellent Australian luxury product knowledge and personal travel experience in Australia and experience in a similar role in the Australian Inbound travel sector.
The majority of your work is done via email so excellent written English skills and grammar is required. Experience in quoting in Tourplan is essential.

To be considered for this opportunity you must hold Australian Permanent residency and have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in the Australian Inbound travel industry in a similar role.
