Offering an excellent work life balance with 5 straight shifts finishing at around 900pm daily. The hotel is very focused on work life balance and looking after their staff.
About the job
As Head chef you will be responsible for managing the kitchen of this CBD venue and guiding your team to ensure a productive and harmonious kitchen is maintained.
With an extensive menu on offer you will be responsible for the delivery of service ensuring all financials are in line with your budget.
Skills and Experience
Ideally we are looking for either a Head Chef or experienced Sous ready for their next step in their career with a background in either an up market bistro or a quality restaurant.
We envisage that the applicant will possess a stable work history with a sincere passion for quality cuisine whilst enjoy developing their team and strive to enhance the current menu. We are not looking for an ego, we are looking for a calm chef who is simply a master of their craft who loves what they do.
