About the job
As Head Chef you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen that manages various corporate catering contracts. You will be comfortable managing a large team and producing high end catering for their corporate clients around Sydney.
You will be comfortable in managing both the financial and operational management aspects of the kitchen.
Skills and experience.
We are looking for a strong senior chef who has ideally been a head chef within a fine dining establishment or hatted restaurant. You will be a methodical and calm chef who can manage changing priorities on a daily weekly basis.
