As Head Chef you will responsible for the operational and financial management of the kitchen including ongoing menu development along with staff development. being a suburban venue their reputation and consistency is paramount to their ongoing success.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with several years experience within a fast paced working environment where you have managed and developed a small to medium sized brigade. An ability to manage all associated costs within the kitchen is essential.
