As Implementation Support Coordinator you will be crucial to the implementation support of new online booking tools to give our clients the portals they need to become as self managed as possible.
Work with vendors to assist with the installation, documentation and ongoing assessment of a variety of systems used by our clients to streamline their processes.

- Tramada Next Gen
Once installed, you’ll be providing help desk support to clients using these online booking tools.
Additional training can be provided on these systems, however a strong knowledge is required and once the training is completed you be needing to use your client relationship management to ensure seamless support of the various software suites.
