An opportunity has become available for an Inbound Operations Manager.
This role is a hands on position overseeing a small and experienced team of inbound FIT consultants. Whilst you will be motivating and assisting the team. You will also have a proven history of successfully leading a team with your approachable and nurturing attitude. Knowledge of Australian luxury product will also be a distinct advantage.
Extensive Australian domestic destination knowledge is absolutely essential so that you can provide the best and most unique experiences for your clients.
To qualify for this role you will need:
- Previous staff management experience (Inbound preferred)
- GDS – Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus (Preferred only)
- A passion for all things Aussie!
- Solid organisational abilities
- A confident knowledge of MS Excel
- Superior customer service
- An autonomous work ethic
