About the role
As Junior Sous you will be responsible for overseeing a section within the kitchen whilst developing and mentoring junior chefs and supporting the head chef throughout the daily operations of the kitchen.
Skills and experience
You will ideally presently be a Sous or a highly experienced Chef de Partie ready for your next step. Your background will include quality high volume restaurant environments working within medium sized brigades whilst demonstrating your ability to train and develop junior chefs.
The company genuinely cares for and looks after their staff, offering a realistic work life balance for their kitchen teams with hours being around 45 hours per week.
