As Manager of Platinum Events Solutions you will develop and implement strategies and processes that will support the growth and longevity of Platinum Events Solutions, an award nominated division of Platinum Travel Corporation.
You will effectively maintain and grow sustainable opportunities across all facets of the events business; maintain work systems, procedures, and policies that enable, motivate and encourage the optimum performance of the team and other resources within the business unit.
You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting your direct reports to be the best they can be; achieved through your service focused leadership and effective coaching, problem solving; empowering team members to be champions of the business and adopting best practices.
