This is a role for someone that loves a lot of variety in their day. On top of the strategic operational management of multiple venues, your understanding of sales and marketing principles will give you the well rounded experience required for this unique role.
Managing a company across the various sites with a team of 30 pax +, these are the key skills required to succeed in this role:
- A strong managerial style across multiple layers of employees
- A background in Tourism
- A strong knowledge of sales, selling techniques and conversion
- Operations management
- Payroll experience
- Change management experience
- An autonomous, motivated work ethic
- The discipline to be managed remotely
There are key relationships that must be maintained with Government bodies included so the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain solid communication with these organisations is imperative.
The centre is open 7 days a week from 9am – 6pm however your role will predominantly be Monday to Friday.
