Specialising in all things cruise whether Ocean cruising, River Cruising or small luxury ships, the products offered by this company are second to none. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the current levels of customer service, customer SLA’s and training new staff to up hold these values when joining the team.
You will require superior communication skills as your department is often the hub of activity in such a busy business and you will be liaising with all other departments at times.
Skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:
- Small team management – up to 5 staff (including training)
- Strong knowledge of fares and ticketing
- String cruise product knowledge
- Work flow management
- Management of team operational budgets
- Holding regular team meetings for motivation and productivity
Ideally you will come from a cruising travel background with a desire to grow and develop a brand new team. Knowledge of managing online bookings will also be an advantage.
