Contact Centre set up, training and management plus
operations including resource planning and sales data
analysis. This role will also incorporate customer service
escalations and nurturing relationships with our key trade
partners. You’ll need previous experience in managing
and motivating a contact centre team to create an
enjoyable sales culture plus a flair for metrics, reports
and performance analysis.
