About the role
As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the production of their pastry menu selection. Utilise your extensive high end restaurant background.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will have 2 to 3 years pastry experience primarily pastry and dessert. However it is all about passion and attitude – no room for egos here we are looking for a strong chef who enjoys working within a small team and developing good working relationships with front house and customers. You must have come from a high end restaurant or reputable patisserie to be considered for this position.
