The cafe is popular with the locals for the food and exceptional coffee. This is their flagship venue that has a very loyal following within the coffee scene.
About the job
As Pastry Sous you will be responsible for leading a small team of 3 pastry chefs within a busy environment. You will assist in developing their menus whilst overseeing the operation of the pastry kitchen.
Skills and Experience
We are ideally looking for a suitably experienced pastry chef with a couple of years experience within either restaurants or hotels. Not looking for an ego – someone relaxed and focused as are the management team of this business.
