About the role
TDL Personal Travel Specialists are not your average travel agents. They are brand ambassadors who are lateral thinkers, love building relationships with their clients and are always looking to go above and beyond, with the ultimate goal of repeat and referral business.
We don’t expect our Personal Travel Specialists to work evening or weekends. Any face to face consultations are by appointment only. Our clients are discerning and require an experienced, trusted advisor to turn their holiday dreams into reality.
The position comes with an attractive base salary and incentive structure.
The role reports into our Head of Operations and is based in our Head Office in Caulfield North.

You’re an expert communicator and listener, confident in building lasting, multi-level relationships and exceeding the requirements of the discerning leisure traveller.
You have an existing client base of repeat and referral leisure business. You are excited about leveraging the existing CT Connections corporate client database in order to grow your portfolio of clients.
You love luxury and enjoy tailoring high-end leisure travel experiences.
You will have at least 3 years leisure travel consulting experience.
You have a high proficiency with Sabre GDS, ideally.
You enjoy an attractive remuneration and individual bonus package.
You will have a right to work in Australia.
