We are looking for experienced retail travel consultants that pride themselves on delivering premium service to their customers, combined with a passion for selling travel and holidays worldwide?
In these roles you will be selling exciting overseas holidays and building customer relationships. You will have sound experience in retail travel including airfares.
Working knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo a definite advantage, as is knowledge of Calypso and Cross check.
Offices are located in the Inner West and the Western Suburbs of Sydney.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Minimum 2 years Australian experience as a retail travel consultant
• Proficient in either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre (cross training provided). Calypso an asset.
• A good attitude and superior customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability & willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
