Are you an experienced retail travel consultant that loves to work in a busy and thriving environment? Do you have a passion for travel and the “gift of the gab”?
Due to business growth, we are looking for experienced retail travel consultants that pride themselves on delivering premium service to their customers, combined with a passion for selling travel and holidays worldwide?
These are long term temp roles – min 6 months – with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates. In this position, you will be taking calls from the direct public (no face to face consulting), selling worldwide holidays and providing superior customer service to all your clients. You will be responsible for the initial enquiry through to ticketing your booking.
Great offices 15 minutes from the Sydney CBD. Work on a rotating roster between 8.00am and 8.00pm and NO Weekend work!!
Full training will be provided on their systems and ticketing, but you must have at least 2 years previous experience as a travel consultant in Australia.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Minimum 2 years Australian experience as a retail travel consultant.
• A good attitude and superior customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability & willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
