Working as part of a busy crew this role involves phone selling of exciting cruise itineraries. You will be dealing directly with the public selling or assisting their online enquiries. You will also be groomed to motivate and mentor the team to perform and provide their elite customers with a superior travel experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 with some week-end work on a roster every 4-5 weeks. Week-end work attracts penalty rates.

- Min 2-3 years’ experience working in retail travel
- Team leader qualities
- CRS experience, preferably Sabre
- Good time management
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- The ability to work at a fast pace
To be considered for this role you must have Australian permanent residency plus worked in a similar role in Australia in the past 3 years.
