About the role
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting managing the operational and service aspects of the kitchen whilst managing the training and development of the brigade. Event based kitchen operation.
Duties of the role
This is a hands on role where you will be involved in enhancing the current menu whist overseeing the operations of the kitchen. This will include fine dining through to catering for high end events onsite.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will possess 2 years experience as a Senior Chef, be completely up to date with current food trends
Proven experience in managing a team within a quality venue
Easy access via public transport.
