As Sous Chef you will be responsible for leading your team, ensuring timeliness and quality of the event catering. Assisting the Head Chef you will be a natural leader who enjoys driving and developing your brigade.
Skills and Experience
Being suitably qualified and experienced ideally coming from a hotel within functions or a strong Sous looking to join a an established business where you can further develop your culinary career.
Based 10 minutes from the CBD close to all forms of transport this would certainly suit an experienced chef who is looking for a new challenge within a quality establishment that offers security and career progression.
