About the role
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for managing the operational and service aspects of the kitchen whilst managing the training and development of the brigade.
Assisting and standing in for the Head Chef
Duties of the role
This is a hands on role where you will be involved in enhancing the current menu whist overseeing the operations of the kitchen.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will possess 2 to 3 years experience as a Senior Chef, be completely up to date with current food trends
Proven experience in managing a team within a medium to high volume venue.
Due to the location of the venue your own transport is essential.
