About the Job
As Sous Chef you will assist the Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen was developing and guiding the junior chefs within the team. This is a high end venue hence experience within fine dining is essential.
Due to the location of the venue your own transport is essential.
Skills and Experience
We will only consider candidates who have completed a full apprenticeship and post experience within a quality dining environment. Ideally you will have at least 2 year tenures throughout your resume. With a minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef within a quality venue.
