The project involves customer support for a number of campaigns through the provision of contact centre services.
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling queries and escalations through phone, email and live chat systems in English.
Applicants have to be very fluent in English. Good written knowledge of this language is required.
Selected candidates need to
· Be over 18 years of age
· Be mature and responsible
· Be self-motivated, flexible, and organized
· Have an aptitude to communicate with people
· Possess strong keyboard skills
· Work proficiently with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Have a good level of internet expertise
· Be willing to work on full time and part time basis for a definite period
· Be willing to work on a shift basis between Monday and Sunday with the inclusion of night shifts
