Your role will be assisting the travel consultants with the more complex fare construction including RTW’s/ circle fares/ re issues etc. You will also act as a help desk support to the consultants assisting with any fares or ticket advice or enquiries.
This is initially a temporary position, however their may be the opportunity for the role to go permanent down the track.
Essential Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 years experience with airfares and ticketing preferred
- CRS experience Amadeus essential
- BSP experience would be an added advantage
- Previous consolidator experience desirable
To be considered you must be an Australian Permanent resident with a minimum of 5 years working in a retail travel agency in Australia.
