Due to expansion they have an opening in the Finance Department for a Travel Administration and Accounts Assistant. You will be working in a small team in a role that requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ideally you will come from a travel agency accounting background with analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated use of Tramada. You will be able to complete tasks in a timely manner and prioritise your day to meet deadlines.
Your working day will include but not be limited to:
- Banking and credit card reconciliation using Tramada
- Month end reporting
- Weekly invoicing
- processing of client refunds
- supplier payments
You must be confident working with excel spreadsheets and general Microsoft packages including word. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
To be considered for this role you must have Australian permanent residency plus worked in a similar role in Australia in the past 5 years.
