We are seeking an experienced travel consultant, to join our small and happy travel team.
It’s a new role to support our growing leisure travel business. As the team leader, you must excel at delivering best practice client service and thrive on maximising the business sales goals. You will be responsible for leading the team with these values to achieve the daily and weekly objectives.
You will lead a small and experienced travel team. You will be required to supervise the daily work of the travel consultants and monitor the consulting team work output and quality.
You must be experienced, reliable, driven, savvy travel consultant with an eye for detail.
This role reports to the business owner, is based in Sydney CBD, very close to public transport.

- Touch type with a minimum of 40 words per minute
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years or more experience as a travel consultant and be able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in a team leadership role.
Your Duties Include:
A typical week will include general consulting by phone and email. As part of your week there will be time required to focus on the team leadership, managing work flow among the team, scheduling tasks, reporting and general travel administration relating to our group departures.
