The biggest ever restructure to Qantas’ loyalty program revealed
Qantas has just unveiled the largest restructure to its Qantas Frequent Flyer program in its 23-year history, announcing a number of enhanced benefits for members.
Major changes to the loyalty program to be rolled out over the next 12 months include lower fees for international reward flights, access to one million more seats, and more rewards for earning points on the ground.
Qantac CEO Alan Joyce said the update had been made in order to strengthen the program moving forward into the future.
“These changes are about making it easier for members to access those rewards and help to keep them highly engaged,” Joyce said.
The revamp represents a $25 million per annum investment by Qantas.
