Emirates to codeshare on 34 Qantas routes.
Emirates has loaded details of planned extensive codeshare arrangements on Qantas flights into travel agent reservation systems, with the new routes to become available for travel effective from 31 Mar, subject to final approval of the QF/EK alliance by the ACCC.
According to GDS inventory displays, the EK code now appears on 34 Qantas routes – mostly domestic operations but also including QF flights to Singapore from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane as well as QF23 between Sydney and Bangkok.

Emirates will also codeshare on QF’s new flights from Sydney and Melbourne to London via Dubai, with these codeshares loaded into reservation systems last week.
