Relais & Chateaux recently hosted a group of agents on a famil to New Zealand in conjunction with Emirates. The famil included a stay at the newly re-opened Otahuna Lodge in the Canterbury/Christchurch region and the Whare Kea Lodge on Lake Wanaka where the group indulged in some local cuisine of in-house Chef James Stapley.
