Two personal travel managers from TravelManagers caught up in the Chilean Ash Cloud drama after extending their stay in the Latin American region, following the completion of a Chimu Adventures famil trip to South America, where still able to work from Buenos Aires. Michelle Micheal-Pecora, Castle Hill and Sue Kuti, Randwick NSW were able to check that their clients were noe affected by the disturbance. “There was no impact on our client at all as we were able to remain fully operational via our laptops with TravelManagers’ virtual office with full booking, accounting and administration facilities”, Michael-Pecora said. Both ladies were able to use their skills to get a flight via Miami and Los Angeles back to Sydney a week later than expected.
