With the 2013/14 New Zealand Guided Tours all-in-one brochure currently being rolled out to agencies across Australia, AAT Kings (www.aatkings.com.au) is excited to announce several new enhancements to its latest program, providing agents with more tailored and authentic experiences to offer their clients. Featuring a great selection of First Choice and Best Buys itineraries, this destinational brochure is complimented by several new Short Breaks and a long list of inclusions that visit all the must-see spots and many hidden treasures of the North and South Islands.
Anthony Hayes, Global Managing Director, AAT Kings said: “In the wake of recent domestic and Trans-Tasman tourism challenges, it has become overwhelmingly apparent that today’s travellers are looking for more value based, immersive experiences when holidaying.
“As a result, we have built on our market dominance and reputation, and have begun redefining what it means to be a coach tour operator by repositioning ourselves as the experts in packaging up value-for-money, stress-free holidays filled with authentic experiences that will leave your client with lasting memories.”
As part of this strategy and under the theme of ‘Discovery through Exploration’, AAT Kings has developed several new itineraries that take your clients to some of New Zealand’s most picturesque and diverse places. The 2013/14 New Zealand Guided Tours brochure features 17 First Choice and Best Buys Guided Expeditions including four new itineraries, that range from eight to 21 days. In addition, AAT Kings has also launched four Short Breaks ranging from four to seven days in duration that are ideally suited to time-poor travellers.
Hayes continued: “Given the close proximity of New Zealand to our shores, shorter itineraries are most definitely in-vogue among domestic travellers with these quick escapes covering many cultural and scenic hotspots including the Bay of Islands, Rotorua, Milford Sound, Auckland and Queenstown.”
In order to cater to clients various travel styles and needs, AAT Kings has set out to clearly differentiate its two touring standards from one another; the superior First Choice and the more economical Best Buys. New for the 2013/14 seasons, AAT Kings has introduced Included Choice occasions to its range of First Choice Guided Expeditions allowing clients to receive an Included Experience, Accommodation or Dining option at select locations. Clients can now choose from an exciting range of Included Choice Experiences such as sinking nine holes at Waitangi Gold Course in the Bay of Islands, unwinding at the Lake Spa Retreat in Rotorua, exploring Queenstown by segway, or cruising along the Otago Harbour in Dunedin. Selections can be made while on tour with only one experience per destination included. Further experiences can also be booked as a standard optional.
At the time of booking, clients can also choose from an Included Choice Accommodation option when in Rotorua. Stay overnight at the superior Millennium Hotel or enjoy a delightful Farm Stay that’s complete with Kiwi hospitality. For Included Choice Dining options, when checking into select hotels throughout New Zealand, clients can make a decision to either have a full buffet breakfast or order from the a la carte menu.
Hayes added: “When picking an AAT Kings Guided Expedition, clients are seeking an expertly planned holiday that offers them flexibility in order to appeal to their interests and comfort levels. Our new Included Choices enable clients to personalise their holidays while offering them more gratifying experiences that make for a positively memorable getaway.”
The 2013/14 New Zealand brochure also boasts fantastic ways to save with AAT Kings offering an Early Payment Discount of 10% on all Guided Expeditions when clients book and pay-in-full by Friday 24 May, 2013. AAT Kings new shoulder season also provides a smoother transition in price between the high and low seasons, thus encouraging clients to consider travelling around New Zealand during cooler months.
