Travel industry stalwart, Alan Chiron, retires tomorrow (Friday 6th July) after 36 years in the travel industry.
Alan has been with Grand Pacific Tours since day one as Business Development Manager (VIC & TAS) and prior with Travelmarvel, then owned by the Harding family.
Peter Harding, Managing Director of Grand Pacific Tours, said, “We will only be saying ‘good luck’ to Alan not ‘goodbye’ as he will always remain part of the Grand Pacific Tours family.”
“Alan Chiron is held in high regard within the industry and I am sure the travel agents will miss his energy and enthusiasm for promoting New Zealand,” he said.
