African Wildlife Safaris recently hosted a group of 11 travel agents on a 9 night educational trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana. The top selling agents enjoyed a night at the D’oreale Grande Hotel in Johannesburg before flying off to the spectacular Victoria Falls where they stayed for 2 nights at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and visited the falls. The trip then moved into Botswana where they enjoyed 2 nights staying at Chobe Game Lodge, and experienced games drives, boat cruises and lots of elephants. The group then flew over to the Camp Moremi for 2 nights for some more incredible game viewing. The final 2 nights were spent at the water lodge, Xugana Island Lodge, where they got up close to the hippos.
Highlights of the trip included; sundowner drinks & nibbles with the lions at Camp Moremi, seeing a leopard in a tree at Chobe National Park, getting up close and personal with the hippos at Xugana Island Lodge and meeting Sylvester the cheetah at the elephant camp in Victoria Falls.
