One lucky basketball fan had a particularly exciting night during the Sydney Kings’ final season game against the Townsville Crocodiles.
Maria Papaioannou won a trip to LA including business class flights with United Airlines, after answering the Sydney Kings’ question ‘Tell us why you want to escape to LA?’ United Airlines has been a sponsor of the Sydney Kings for the 2012/2013 season. Commenting on the prize, Kirill Litovchenko, Marketing Manager at United, said: “We’re really pleased to be sending Maria and her son, Phillip, to LA. Phillip has just discovered a love for basketball and we’re sure he’s very excited to see what LA has to offer, including a Lakers game.
