Novotel Bangkok Platinum donated THB 31,326 to Accor’s Yim Kids Foundation to help disadvantaged children. This money was raised from Novotel Bangkok Platinum’s First Year Anniversary Charity Event “Freeze for the Kids” in which the hotel organized one of the biggest Freeze Mobs’ in Thailand along with selling t-shirts and pastries.
Novotel Bangkok Platinum management team led by Mr. Sagar Naker, hotel’s General Manager (second from the left), and Ms. Astrid Hebert, Director of Sales & Marketing (first from the left), went to Accor Southeast Asia Head Office to present the to Mr. Patrick Basset, Senior Vice President for Accor Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and the Philippines (second from the right) and Mr. Paul Stevens, Director of Operations for Accor Thailand (first from the right).
Accor established “Yim Kids Foundation” to improve the quality of children’s lives in the impoverished communities in Thailand by initiating fund-raising activities and projects. Novotel Bangkok Platinum, as part of Accor hotels, organized “Freeze for the Kids” event in order to raise money for “Yim Kids Foundation” in celebration of its First Year Anniversary on Sunday 25th November, 2012. The event was a success with over 100 participants in the Freeze Mob and the hotel was able to sell over 300 t-shirts raising THB 31,326.
