Singapore Airlines will provide agent partners in Australia access to NDC content from 01 July through an expansion to its KrisConnect program.
Travel agents in Australia will be able to access a wider range of fares and personalised content for Singapore Airlines from 01 July when the carrier launches an expanded NDC-enabled KrisConnect program.
The program will utilise Application Program Interface (API) and the New Distribution Capability (NDC) standards to provide improved content and functionality through direct connection and partner platforms.
Singapore Airlines General Manager National Agency Sales Greg McJarrow told Travel Daily agents would be able to connect with the airline through four options, including a new travel agent information and booking portal called AGENT360.
Agents will also have the choice to go direct to Singapore Airlines, through GDS partners Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport and aggregators Atriis, HitchHiker, TPConnects and Travelfusion.
Singapore Airlines will conduct industry workshops across the country in March to provide agents with more detailed information.
