Travel Daily | Christchurch loses World Cup games

TOURISM New Zealand and the Rugby World Cup 2011 officially took Christchurch’s hosting rights away yesterday, following damage caused to the stadium, lack of hotel rooms and other infrastructure issues in the region caused by last month’s devastating earthquake.
