Flight Centre expanding The Travel Junction business to service all retail sector customers.
Flight Centre has just announced that it will offer its product range including hotels, car hire, tours, activities, transfers and air to retail travel agents and agencies across Australia.
The move is an expansion of its The Travel Junction (TTJ) operations, initially established to supply FLT’s specialised ranges to global OTAs, wholesalers and tour operators.
“Following FLT’s recent decision to retire the Infinity Holidays brand, TTJ has expanded its capabilities to service the retail agents that Infinity traditionally worked with, along with new retail sector customers throughout the country,” said TTJ General Manager James Whiting.
“We believe this new offering will appeal to retail agencies that are looking for a partner that can fulfil all of their product needs in one place and deliver a superior customer experience,” he said.
