Seven more domestic routes added by Qantas.
Australia’s flagship carrier has added a number of new domestic services that will see the carrier exceed its pre-COVID capacity in the coming months.
New routes include Townsville to Adelaide/Melbourne/Sydney, Adelaide to Cairns/Hobart, Sydney to Uluru and Perth to the Gold Coast.
“Our customers now have 45 more routes to fly than we had pre-COVID making it even easier for them to get to their next holiday or business meeting,” said Qantas Domestic and International CEO Andrew David.
Five of the routes will be operated by Embraer E190 regional jets, while Airbus A330-200 jets will operate on more flights into Darwin from Sydney and Brisbane, and also into Perth from Sydney and Melbourne.
