Applicants must meet all eligibility rules, including having received a Round Two grant.
Eligibility requirements for the $75.5 million Round Three of the COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program (CTSP) have been listed on the Austrade website this afternoon, with full guidelines including having received a grant under Round Two, the Multi-outlet scheme or both.
Businesses are not eligible to apply if they were assessed as ineligible in a previous round, or were a Round One grantee only, with Austrade explaining that “this is because in Round Two and Multi-outlet scheme, we introduced eligibility based on annual turnover and solvency”.
To get a third round payment, those who received a previous grant must have solvent businesses which continue to operate and trade, including meeting their legal obligations and processing credits and rebooking customers.
The new program is also open to applicants who were ineligible for the previous rounds because their businesses had commenced operations in the calendar year 2019, or prior to 31 March 2020 with turnover (not sales) between $50,000 and $20 million.
The full guidelines are available for download at austrade.gov.au.
