Helloworld buys 35% equity in Oslo-based Australiareiser, becoming the launch customer in Europe for its mid-office system ResWorld.
Helloworld’s new purchase, Australiareiser, is the largest specialist wholesaler from Scandinavia to Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, and its brands include Fijireiser, Private Travel Lab, Gruppe Rundreiser, and Workations.
“From Scandinavia, we will be showcasing the functionality of ResWorld to potential customers across Europe,” Helloworld CEO Andrew Burnes said.
