More Qantas changes as CEO, Qantas Loyalty Olivia Wirth resigns.
The changes at the top for Qantas just keep on coming with loyalty chief Olivia Wirth announcing her resignation this morning.
Having been appointed to the top job for loyalty in 2018, the airline has since expanded its frequent flyer reach across hotels, holidays, insurance and financial services under her tenure.
“Olivia’s contribution to the business over the many years has been enormous, as CEO of Loyalty she drove huge expansion of what the program offers,” Qantas CEO Vanessa Hudson said.
Wirth joined Qantas in 2009 and has held several positions, including the role of Chief Customer Officer, Group Executive, Brand, Marketing and Corporate Affairs and Group Executive for Government Relations and Corporate Affairs.
Meanwhile Catherine Walsh has been appointed as Chief People Officer.
